Rejection to Perfection Weekend … Part One




Rejection is something that writers have to face. We all know the feeling so I have no intention of harping on about it  here.

I did read somewhere though that rejection leads to perfection. So that’s where I’m heading …


Author Stephen King famously put all rejection letters from publishers on a nail on a wall.

“By the time I was fourteen the nail in my wall would no longer support the weight of the rejection slips impaled upon it. I replaced the nail with a spike and went on writing.” – Stephen King
